LA right now...right now.

There was a walk out today protesting budget cuts...missed it. I was in the library reading the class book I can't afford...touché. Trucks near by, I don't know who did this though:

I was really bummed out when I saw this last friday: LA's Critical Mass. I should've fixed my bike! Stupid inner tube!

Walked out of the train station and there he was, trying to cover himself:

Crazy Blue Line with your crazy people...plastic lips tell plastic lies!

good stuff coming this weekend...I'll post more tomorrow.

Phony Mahony

Hmmm, went to a party, got super trashed and now I'm in deep, deep, massive crap.

Me and the sis went walking around downtown LA. Even though, I had told myself I was not going to contribute to the Catholic church with any of my money I couldn't help myself when I saw this adorable rosary ring that looks like a medieval weapon. Or some sort of crazy sex toy.

Been watching a bunch of documentaries, here is one of them:

the K Czar, dentist queen, and Code Pink

the weather really sucks here in SF. it almost feels like winter. i guess that means summer is really coming. hmmmm, i'm really going to miss fall when the weather is so dreadful you dont even want to go out...but you still do. yes, i will actually miss that. today i got a "written warning" next warning and i'm fired. i guess, next week i'm going to see the Kaiser Czar to look at all my health ailments and the dentist queen to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. so i guess i'll be getting some extra art materials soon.

here is the pic of the day or yesterday, i decided i'm taking a picture of everything.

the ladies of Code Pink, Women for Peace...i actually used to like eating my lunch here when i used to work in this area.

i might as well be eating pigeons

i missed all the shows i wanted to see this week...i seriously underestimated this madness. and now for sure i know someone hates my "painting". whatever...i did enjoy the sun yesterday and the chicken mole burrito at Papalote(22 and Mission?).and paris is going to jail. and the LAPD sucks, beating people up at the May 1 protest. and i learned why so many people have allergies that didnt have them before, because of damn climate change. "Researchers say the mechanism is fairly basic: there is more carbon dioxide in the air, which means more flowering plants, which means more sneezing and wheezing".

Protesting is Hard to Do

I woke up hung over, and after settling on a "protesting outfit" I headed to Civic Center to check out the protesting. When i got there no one was there except the vendors. There is vendors in protest? I thought, and apparently so...even a Paletero Man.

I was about to doze of on the grass when suddenly out of nowhere there was protesters everywhere.

Anyways, check out this multimedia piece done by the Golden Gate Express on the protest. It definitely captures the energy of the day...Good job Kresta!
